Why is my pecan pie runny inside? - electric pecan shellers

Pecan pie, I have been in recent years, very good, but I moved into a new house and I have a gas stove and now, if everything inside is ever fluid and never sets. Is there anything else I have to do with a gas stove and an electric?

There should be no difference in cooking times for different species, unless the stoves heating is not sufficient. Hang a thermometer in the oven to see whether it is the right temperature. Perhaps just trying to cook the cake a little more time to determine if the oven works very well.

Who has not cooked long enough, always go with this standard, done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
